Visual Thinking

I’m a content marketing professional & creative thinker

Non-Designer Doodles

If you want to know why a content marketer would choose drawings and not, say, photos to illustrate her website, I’ll tell you.

A Sketchbook Collection

Not that long ago, I consistently doodled every night for months at a time, gradually building a collection of over 1,400 sketches.

Tapping Into Inspiration

As I was redesigning this website, memories of forgotten sketches started to trickle in. “Could those work?” I wondered.

Skipping the Stock Photos

I realized that my drawings might be better than photos at representing my personality and professional self.

Show vs. Tell

I could describe myself as “creative” or I could show you. If you enjoy my sketches and/or agree that the world needs more (handmade) creativity, feel free to get in touch.

Looking to the Future

  • This site is 100% human-made content.
  • Human-generated words and ideas;
  • Facts and points of view.
  • Art born out of creative routine, music and meditation.
  • Tomorrow, generative AI can be our best creative ally or a powerful competitor, so let’s be ready either way.

Doodling for Websites

Visual thinking isn’t just handy as a background skill. It helps me fine-tune a strategy, explain my work, organize concepts, and help others be more creative, say, during a brainstorming session. Also super-handy when collaborating with designers on a new website. On that note…

… Have a new website in mind? I can help with the content. Need a designer? Let me know and I will get you one. Also, check out my other Marketing Skills or peruse my Portfolio.
